Make silver ring in our Phoenix Jewelry Making Studio.

A fun way to create a ring that you can keep as a silver decorative band or customize with your choice of setting, background and stone. This is a great introduction to metal working. With beautiful ornate silver designs to choose from for your band and the flash of different types of stones, your ring will turn out amazing. No one will ever guess it was made by a beginner. 

In this workshop, you will:

• Learn to size a ring, calculate and cut a silver band to fit.
• File, form and fabricate your ring.
• Solder and shape your ring.
• Add stone and background to your band if you like.
• Patina and Polish.

You’ll start by choosing from one of our band offerings then build it out from there with a variety of stones and backgrounds to choose from. The ring bands right now are:

Thin Bead & Line
Southwest
Plain 
Rope 
Millgrain Rope

After choosing your band, decide on weather or not you'd like a stone or one of our spooky silver accents for your band. The silver accents are:
Maple Leaf (also available in 14k)
Circle Star

REQUIREMENTS

• No experience necessary.

DETAILS

• Registration is per person.
• Workshop is about 2 hours long depending on group size and type of ring you decide to make.
• There is a $5 booking fee for the class that factors into the final cost of the class below. It is non refundable if you are a no show or don't re-schedule within 24 hours of the start date of the class.
• The total cost for the class ends up being between $90 and $120 which depends on the band, stone, setting and background you choose.
• If you would like to bring your own stone instead of using one of ours, you will need a calibrated 4mm, 6mm, 8mm or 8x10mm stone.
